I hope that everyone had a wonderful New Years. I always love new years, its exciting and we all put up goals for ourselves for that year and try to stick to it. I think the funniest is when people (everyone that is) always says they are going to exercise and be healthy so all the gyms will be packed for the month of January then in February it will get back to normal, with no one there…. Peace and quiet…. Just the way I like it….
