Three Smoothies That Boost Metabolism

Summer is just around the corner which means everyone is hitting the gym and dieting……

To help you out I have three belly flattening super smoothies for you to try out….. and I do have to say they are yummy……also they do have Whey Protein in the smoothies….

• Whey protein speeds slimming.
o It reduces hunger by 68%.
o It boosts metabolism by 25%.

By adding whey to a smoothie delivers lasting appetite control. If you drink a whey infused smoothie, you will enjoy a 68% greater boost in levels of satiety hormones glucagon like peptide-1 and cholecystokinin. This will help you to consume 19% fewer calories at your next meal.

Consuming a whey smoothie revs metabolic rate by 25% and fat burning by 18% for up to 5.5 hours, according to a study in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Additional studies have shown that amino acids in whey, such as leucine, are to thank for the metabolic boost. Another perk: whey helps preserve lean muscle mass during weight loss, so calorie burn remains higher 24/7.
